I am reading a lot about the FDA advisory release primarily addressed to “OPTRIMAX PLUM” warning for claims such as “the right way to lose weight without diet and exercise”
I agree with the advisory. As a digital marketer/ ecommerce specialist and as an online merchant myself, it is my responsibility not to create marketing statement promising overwhelming results with implied benefits to everyone This is very risky to do especially for intakes, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and other similar products,
Any statement presented as FACTS is a CLAIM or a promise. If your product claim did not work with a handful of hopeful people; the statement will be considered misleading.
Testimony for positive results for any product is a personal truth and is not a false claim. Although it should not be pose as a promise for everyone rather it is an experience you can talk about which will give you rights to recommend the product to the general public. A disclaimer is best practice especially for those who are a franchise, an authorize dealer, business for particular products and brand.
In a personal capacity especial those who are into buy/sell online trading; allow me to present an example which has yielded me good results, I feel comfortable presenting this link as a guide sale page example for online people selling supplements online.
No obligation to buy any products presented but if you like to purchase, PM ME pwede., (iyon pala iyon--hihihi)
