There are so many ads advertising HERPES CURE popping on FB right column sponsor ads. Because I am seeing it so much it is clear these ads are targeting Filipinos. Who ever is sponsoring these ads, your data is wrong!! FB Filipino users are not infected with herpes. It is not a normal occurrence around here. Your impression with the Philippines is WRONG! The excessive advertisement campaign of such in the last few weeks, targeting Filipino adults has no patronage. Therefore is no point to insist your marketing campaign with us. YOUR HERPES COMPANY is just making our own FB advertisement expensive to executive given we have to outbid your dollar bid for these HERPES campaigns just to win a space on the sponsor ad. It is costing Filipino digital marketer so much against your DOLLAR BID. Also I am finding these excessive campaigns with strong insinuation, implying, discriminating and VULGAR. So many nude images with inappropriate poses Americans young adults who has HERPES would tell you, it is not us who needed this medicine. ALSO maybe you should know in the Philippines there are laws against advertising herbal products with therapeutic claims. YOU CAN CLICK TO FOLLOW THIS LINK AS REFERENCE TO MY ARGUMENT. If your product will claim it can cure herpes, commercially being advertise for $37.00 targeting Filipinos consumers; therefore your product should have a FBAP approved seal. If your HERPES PRODUCT is claiming treatment or cure for sexually transmitted disease, therefore it is a DRUG and distribution should be under license with a CERTIFIED PHILIPPINE PHARMACISTS, usage should be prescribed by a Philippine license doctor. ADDRESS TO FILIPINO DIGITAL MARKETERS -- It is my hope this will serve as guideline to Filipino Digital Marketers Practicing on Facebook. UPDATES ---------------------------------------- Yesterday I blocked all the HERPES advertisements popping from the right side column of my FB wall. That is before I send them messages they are advertising in a wrong country. Herpes is isolated in the Philippines. I am hoping I can input some sense to them. Selling these HERPES CURE product is not even allowed by law in the Philippines. Today Feb 25 early morning around 3 to 4 Herpes ads on my right wall and even on the feeds!!!! It means there are many of them selling this product, or they are creating multiple FB LIKE pages to dominate Philippine FB space for marketing. Annoying! I am trying to record something on my computer screen, educational lecture for ecom102 facebook racket. This unwanted herpes ads keep on coming out and is being included in my recordings. Inappropriate and Spamy. I have to write/ PM each and every pages again, block all of them again and write FB why allow such a thing again. MARKETING PRINCIPLE ECOM102 - You sell there because there are buyers there. You sell here because there are buyers here. YOU DO NOT SELL TO SOMEONE WHO DO NOT NEED IT!!!! GETS NINYO???! |
The Philippines can be considered as one of the lowest known cases of sexually transmitted disease worldwide. This is even considerable base on population ratio, where as last 2012 according to CIA - estimated population of the Philippines is at 103,775,002. Comparing it to the 799 known cases of HIV + that is a number that will tell you by density the Philippines is not a market you need to advertise this natural herpes cure populating FB marketing space.
